Non-woven fabric is favored for its delicate image quality, low cost, and waterproof performance. In ultra-wide applications, non-woven fabric is often selected, making splicing technology a crucial application technique. Based on existing experiments and market feedback, two key methods are summarized as follows:
(1) Hot Melt Adhesive Splicing
Hot melt adhesive is a solid adhesive in its natural state, appearing as a white stick. During application, a dedicated hot melt glue gun is used to heat and melt the adhesive stick. The melted adhesive is extruded from the gun's nozzle and applied to the splice area of pearl canvas. The splice is then pressed and cooled before the adhesive solidifies.
(2) Golden Three-Second Adhesive Splicing
Golden Three-Second is a liquid adhesive applied directly to the splice area and firmly pressed.
Comparing the two methods: The first method (hot melt adhesive) offers cost advantages, with adhesive sticks priced at only ¥0.5 each. The second method (Golden Three-Second) is simpler to operate. Users can freely choose based on actual requirements.
